At Dad Lore Legends, every item is made to order—crafted just for you the moment you click “buy.” Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✅ We’ll Make It Right If:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken

• You receive the wrong item, size, or design

• Your item is defective or misprinted

In these cases, please contact us at support@dadlorelegends.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

🚫 We Can’t Accept Returns or Refunds If:

• You ordered the wrong size, color, or item

• You had a change of heart after ordering

• There’s minor color or design variation due to screen differences (common with print-on-demand)

All products are custom-printed on demand, so we can’t resell returned items.

📦 Shipping Issues

If your item is lost in transit or doesn’t arrive, let us know—we’ll work with our fulfillment team to track it down or issue a replacement if eligible.
